Here’s what she recommends:

1. Hydrate Like You Mean It
Drink at least half your body weight (in kilograms) in millilitres of water daily. It keeps you full, curbs cravings, and gives your metabolism the boost it needs.

2. Put Protein First
Aim for at least 1.2 grams of protein per kg of body weight. Protein helps preserve muscle, keeps you satiated longer, and helps fight those mid-day snack cravings.

3. Start the Day with Healthy Fats
Swap the sugary breakfast for eggs, nuts, or avocado. These healthy fats help stabilise blood sugar and provide lasting energy without crashes.

4. Soak Up the Sun
Get at least 30 minutes of sunlight each day. It helps balance hormones, improve mood, and regulate sleep—crucial factors for weight loss.

5. Move with Intention
You don’t need a treadmill. Just walk. Aim for a minimum of 8,000 steps daily to burn more calories and improve overall health.

6. Close the Kitchen After Dinner

7. Ditch Mindless Munching
