HCLTech, OpenAI Form Strategic Alliance to Drive Enterprise AI Adoption.
HCLTech has entered into a multi-year strategic partnership with OpenAI to help large enterprises accelerate the adoption of generative AI technologies. The collaboration brings together HCLTech’s global industry expertise and OpenAI’s advanced AI models, including ChatGPT and APIs, to deliver scalable, real-world AI solutions.
Strategic Services Partnership to Scale AI Integration
Under the agreement, HCLTech becomes one of OpenAI’s first strategic services partners, offering end-to-end AI deployment—from AI readiness assessments and integration to governance and lifecycle management. The goal is to help enterprises embed generative AI seamlessly into core operations.

The partnership will cater to industries where HCLTech has an established footprint—including manufacturing, healthcare, banking, and retail—by offering sector-specific AI enhancements to boost productivity and operational efficiency.
Internal Use of ChatGPT Enterprise
HCLTech will also roll out ChatGPT Enterprise and OpenAI APIs across its global workforce to enhance internal productivity. Employees will leverage secure, enterprise-grade AI tools for tasks like content generation, coding assistance, data analysis, and customer support.
