Akhanda 2 First Review: Nandamuri Balakrishna Shines in High-Octane Mass Entertainer.
The first review of Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Akhanda 2 is out, and early reactions praise it as a “loud, powerful” mass entertainer. On Thursday evening, a social media user shared their thoughts on X, calling Boyapati Sreenu’s direction “high-voltage” and a “must-watch for cinema lovers.”
The review highlighted Balakrishna’s performance as Aghora Akhanda, describing his presence, aura, and dialogue delivery as “electrifying.” The film is said to blend action, mythological depth, and spiritual drama, with added emotional layers and cleaner pacing compared to the first part.
The user noted that while the first half focuses on plot and character introductions, the second half explodes with nonstop action, intense confrontations, divine elevation scenes, and thunderous background score by Thaman. The climax, in particular, is described as “visually grand, emotionally charged, and spiritually powerful,” leaving audiences with goosebumps.
Balakrishna is said to be in full “beast mode,” with the supporting cast, including the villain, adding tension and supporting the narrative effectively.
Akhanda 2 is produced by Raam Achanta and Gopichand Achanta under 14 Reels Plus and presented by M Tejaswini Nandamuri. Alongside Balakrishna, the film stars Samyuktha as the female lead, with Aadhi Pinisetty in a key role and Harshali Malhotra playing an important character.
