ABOUT KARJAT REAL ESTATE
Karjat, often referred to as part of the Mumbai 3.0 or “Third Mumbai” development zone, is emerging as a second-home destination driven by its proximity to Mumbai and improving infrastructure.
The region is part of a broader expansion plan around the Navi Mumbai International Airport corridor, aimed at decongesting Mumbai and developing a new economic hub. The Maharashtra government is promoting the area through land pooling initiatives, infrastructure upgrades, and incentives for integrated township and industrial development.
