BJP’s Nazia Elahi Khan Challenges IndiGo After Alleged Harassment at Mumbai Airport.

Hours after alleging harassment by IndiGo staff at Mumbai Airport, BJP Minority Leader Nazia Elahi Khan launched a sharp attack on the airline, questioning its management, hiring policies, and alleged favoritism toward Muslim employees.

In a social media post, Khan dared IndiGo to blacklist her, saying she was prepared to face any action. She wrote, “IndiGo should listen to its Muslim supporters and blacklist me, because I will not keep quiet. Even if I receive threats from Pakistan to delete what I have posted, I will not remain silent.”

The controversy began when Khan shared a video showing a heated argument with IndiGo staff on the tarmac, during which she referred to staff members as “Abdul and Abdullah,” a remark that drew widespread criticism online. The video quickly went viral, eliciting mixed reactions. Some users questioned the airline’s conduct, while others condemned Khan’s tone and language.

Khan claimed the staff’s behaviour caused her serious inconvenience and mental stress and alleged the incident was deliberate and coordinated.

So far, IndiGo has not issued a detailed public response to her allegations or the video.
