After a successful theatrical run, Jolly LLB 3, starring Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi, is all set for its digital premiere. The courtroom drama, written and directed by Subhash Kapoor, released in theatres on September 19, 2025, and was met with strong reviews from both critics and audiences. Now, weeks after its box office success, Netflix has confirmed that it has acquired the film’s streaming rights.

Netflix made the announcement with a poster featuring Akshay and Arshad donning their iconic black coats, captioned:
“Milord, permission to be Jolly cause tareekh mil gayi hai! Watch Jolly LLB 3, out November 14, on Netflix.”

The third instalment continues the franchise’s signature blend of humour and social commentary, drawing inspiration from the 2011 Bhatta-Parsaul land protests, which highlighted the issue of forced land acquisitions in India.

Plot: When Two Jollys Face Off

The film revolves around two advocates—Jagdish “Jolly” Tyagi (Arshad Warsi) and Jagdishwar “Jolly” Mishra (Akshay Kumar)—who find themselves on opposite sides of a high-stakes land dispute. The conflict arises when a woman sues after her village is seized for a “Bikaner-to-Boston” project, leading to a farmer’s tragic death.

What begins as a fierce rivalry between the two lawyers soon turns into an unlikely partnership, as they join forces to take down the real villain — a powerful industrialist named Haribhai Khaitan — and fight for justice on behalf of the displaced villagers.
