The grand wedding celebrations of Team India spinner Kuldeep Yadav have begun in the picturesque hill station of Mussoorie.
The pre-wedding festivities are already underway, with several prominent personalities from the cricketing world arriving for the ceremony.
Guests have started landing at Jolly Grant Airport as preparations continue for the lavish celebrations. On Friday morning, Indian cricketers Yuzvendra Chahal and Rinku Singh, along with Team India fielding coach T. Dilip, arrived at the venue. Fast bowler Mohammed Siraj and former India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni are also expected to join the celebrations later in the day.
During the haldi ceremony, Chahal grabbed attention with his lively presence, dancing to the beats of the dhol and applying turmeric to the groom. The ceremony, held at a well-known hotel in Mussoorie, began around 11 a.m. on Friday and was celebrated with great enthusiasm.
A photo from the engagement ceremony of Kuldeep and his fiancée, Vanshika Singh, has also surfaced online, showing the couple sharing a cheerful moment together.
Kuldeep is set to tie the knot with Vanshika Singh on March 14, while the pre-wedding festivities began on March 12. A cocktail party is scheduled for Friday evening at 6 p.m., with the main wedding ceremony taking place the following day.
According to reports, Kuldeep will arrive in the traditional wedding procession on horseback before the couple exchange vows and take the sacred seven pheras around the holy fire, as per Hindu wedding rituals.
Following the wedding, a grand reception will be held on March 17 in Lucknow at a luxury hotel, where several prominent figures from cricket, politics, and business are expected to attend. With the celebrations taking place amid the scenic hills of Mussoorie, the high-profile wedding has already become a talking point among fans, as preparations continue in full swing.
