Even before making her appearance at the 98th Academy Awards, Kylie Jenner gave fans a glimpse of her glamorous look for the night.
The ceremony was held at the Dolby Theatre at Ovation Hollywood in Los Angeles on Sunday, March 15 (March 16 IST). Taking to Instagram before the ceremony, the beauty mogul shared a short video preview of her striking outfit.
Kylie wore a ruby-red body-hugging gown designed by Daniel Roseberry for Schiaparelli. The dress featured a plunging neckline and a small keyhole cutout on the chest. In the clip, she offered fans a closer look at the daring outfit she chose to close out this year’s award season. She later appeared at the ceremony alongside her boyfriend of three years, Timothée Chalamet.
Kylie channels Jessica Rabbit glamour
In the caption of her post, the 28-year-old reality TV star wrote, “Jessica who,” revealing that her look for the evening was inspired by Jessica Rabbit from the novel Who Censored Roger Rabbit?.
Kylie completed the bold look with dazzling jewellery from Lorraine Schwartz. According to the jeweller, she wore around 200 carats of diamonds across her necklace, earrings and rings.
She opted for minimal makeup and left her hair open, allowing the dramatic gown and sparkling jewellery to take centre stage.
Kylie and Chalamet appear together at the ceremony
Kylie attended the Oscars alongside Chalamet, who was nominated for Best Actor for his role in the film Marty Supreme. The actor complemented Jenner’s look in an all-white tailored suit.
Although the couple did not walk the red carpet together, they were later seen holding hands inside the ceremony hall. The appearance marked the second time the pair attended the Oscars together.
Since going public with their relationship, Jenner and Chalamet have appeared together at several award ceremonies. During this year’s awards season, Jenner frequently accompanied the actor as he received recognition for his performance in the sports drama.
Chalamet has already picked up major honours this season, including wins at the Critics’ Choice Awards and the Golden Globe Awards.
During his acceptance speeches at both ceremonies, the actor publicly thanked Jenner for her support. At the Critics’ Choice Awards, Chalamet said, “Thank you for our foundation. I love you. I couldn’t do this without you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
Jenner, visibly enjoying the moment, was seen mouthing back, “I love you.”
After winning Best Actor in a Musical or Comedy at the 2026 Golden Globes, Chalamet once again acknowledged their relationship and thanked her for her continued love and support.
