Actor Mouni Roy gave her fans a dose of wanderlust on Sunday as she shared a carousel of throwback and recent vacation photos on Instagram. The pictures, many of which capture her enjoying the sun and sea in stylish swimwear, were captioned: “In my bed but mentally on an island.”

From lounging poolside in elegant bikinis to pairing crop tops with sarongs, Mouni’s latest photo dump reflects her effortless beach fashion and her love for travel. The snapshots span various beach getaways over the years, showcasing the actor in shades of white, blue, and black as she soaks up the sun in serene surroundings.

Among the first to react was close friend and actor Disha Patani, who commented, “Hotty,” while fans flooded the post with compliments like “Stunning,” “Every pic is perfect,” and “Looking gorgeous, moon!”

In a 2014 interview, Mouni spoke candidly about her personal comfort with beachwear, revealing that while she enjoys wearing bikinis on vacation, she is selective about wearing them onscreen. “I’m not conservative, but I have to think of my family. I would wear it on holiday, but not in a film,” she told Hindustan Times at the time.

On the Work Front
Mouni Roy is currently working on two upcoming films. She stars in “Hai Jawaani Toh Ishq Hona Hai” alongside Varun Dhawan and Pooja Hegde, and is also a part of Madhur Bhandarkar’s new project “The Wives”, which began filming in Mumbai on July 8. The ensemble drama delves into the private lives of Bollywood’s star wives and features a strong cast including Sonali Kulkarni, Regina Cassandra, Rahul Bhatt, Saurabh Sachdeva, Arjan Bajwa, and Freddy Daruwala.
