Salman Khan’s nephew Ayaan Agnihotri has announced his engagement to girlfriend Tina Rijhwani. The singer shared the news on Instagram on Saturday, posting photos from an intimate proposal that quickly went viral.
Ayaan captioned the post, “Leaving my girlfriend behind in 2025 💍♥️.” The pictures show him holding Tina close and kissing her as she flaunts her engagement ring. The proposal took place by a pool decorated with rose petals, with fireworks lighting up the sky in the background.
Several members of the Khan family and Bollywood celebrities congratulated the couple in the comments section. Ayaan Agnihotri is the son of actor-producer Alvira Khan Agnihotri and filmmaker Atul Agnihotri, and the nephew of Bollywood superstar Salman Khan. He is also the grandson of veteran screenwriter Salim Khan. Though part of one of Hindi cinema’s most prominent film families, Ayaan has largely stayed away from the limelight, with his parents keeping his public exposure limited during his growing-up years.
Professionally, Ayaan is a musician and performs under the stage name Agni. He released his latest track, Universal Laws, on February 20, 2025. He had earlier collaborated with Salman Khan on the song You Are Mine, composed by Vishal Mishra.
