The actor recently shared a glimpse of her intense morning workout, captioning it “Alpha mornings”, and it’s clear she’s training like an athlete.

The video captures Alia powering through a series of functional training exercises focused on building strength, endurance and explosive power. Instead of conventional gym sessions, her routine features kettlebell workouts, battle ropes, rowing, landmine presses and plyometric drills.

One standout moment shows Alia performing battle ropes while holding a deep squat, a demanding exercise that challenges the shoulders, core and lower body simultaneously. She also spends time on the rowing machine, combining cardio with a full-body workout that engages the back, arms, legs and core.

Her training further includes kettlebell front raises paired with resistance bands, adding an extra balance and stability challenge. She is also seen performing landmine presses, an exercise widely used to improve upper-body strength, rotational power and overall athletic performance.

The workout gets even more intense with explosive box jumps and step-ups on a plyometric box, movements designed to enhance agility, speed and lower-body power. The session wraps up with weighted hip thrusts, a key strength exercise that targets the glutes and posterior chain.
