Arjun confirmed the split during a promotional event for Singham Again, where he told fans, “Abhi single hoon main, relax.” While rumours of their separation had swirled for months, neither had addressed it publicly until then.

Malaika later hinted at her single status with a lighthearted Instagram post that read, “My status right now: in a relationship, single, hehehe” — with the “hehehe” option highlighted.
