Man Caught and Shot by Gurugram Police While Spying on Singer Rahul Fazilpuria

A man allegedly spying on Haryanvi singer-rapper Rahul Fazilpuria was caught by Gurugram police following an encounter in Manesar, during which the suspect was shot in the leg.

The arrest comes weeks after Fazilpuria, whose real name is Rahul Yadav, escaped unharmed from a shooting incident in Gurugram. The singer initially thought the attackers were his fans. Fazilpuria said, “The attack was so sudden. At first, I thought they were my fans. Then I heard two rounds of firing… I was saved because I reversed my car quickly.”

On the night of July 14, two shots were fired at Fazilpuria’s car on Badshahpur Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) in Gurugram while he was driving through Sector 71 village. The bullet struck a pole in the road divider. Despite the attack, Fazilpuria escaped without any injuries.
