In its review, India Today described the film as an unapologetically chaotic entertainer.

“Welcome To The Jungle throws everything at the wall—from meta humour and slapstick to nostalgia, action and absurdity—and surprisingly, enough of it sticks. It may not always make sense, but logic was never really the point. The film works best when you embrace its wild, over-the-top energy and simply enjoy the ride,” the review noted.

With positive word of mouth and the weekend ahead, all eyes will now be on whether Welcome to the Jungle can build on its opening-day momentum and post strong numbers over the next two days.
