Meta Removes Suicide Bomber Umar Nabi’s Propaganda Video.
Meta has removed a propaganda video recorded by Umar Un Nabi, the suicide bomber behind the November 10 attack near Delhi’s Red Fort, from all its platforms. The company said the content violated its rules and policies.
Umar Nabi, a trained doctor, was recruited into a white-collar terror module by suspects linked to Haryana’s Al-Falah University. The video surfaced a week after the attack, which claimed 13 lives, glorifying the bomber and promoting terrorism.
Investigations revealed that Nabi had chemical knowledge and training in using ammonium nitrate for explosives, and was identified as the most radicalised among the group.
The wider Kashmir-to-Faridabad network was uncovered after JeM posters appeared in Srinagar’s Bunpora on October 19. Police investigations, including CCTV analysis, led to the arrest of three locals with prior stone-pelting cases. Their interrogations helped trace the network to Maulvi Irfan Ahmad, a former paramedic turned imam, who supplied the posters and played a key role in radicalising the involved doctors.
